Shipping

Orders over £200 (ex VAT) are free of charge. For orders below £200 (ex VAT) delivery is charged at £12.00 (ex VAT).

Items in stock and ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Items in stock and ordered after 3pm Friday will ship Monday. We use an overnight shipping service and orders are expected to be delivered the next working day. NCR Survey Supplies Ltd take no responsibility for any delays incurred after your order leaves our premises and will not guarantee a delivery date or time.

Orders which include several products with varying lead times will be dispatched when all parts of the order are in stock unless otherwise arranged. If you need an expected shipping date please get in touch before placing your order.

Returns Policy

14-Day Return Policy:  Items may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items must be new, unopened and retuned to us in their original condition with packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please also include your proof of purchase. The cost of returning any goods (with the exception of faulty goods) must be paid by the customer.

Once your returned item has been inspected and the return agreed, we will refund within 5 working days via the original method of payment.
